Production Time and Delivery
We pride ourselves on making and shipping our products as quickly as possible. unframed prints are shipped out within 2 - 4 business days once the order is placed. The courier might take an additional 2 - 4 business days for the order to arrive at your provided address.
Framed prints can take 4 - 8 business days to be made, and then additional 2 - 4 business days for delivery.
All Domestic Print & Frame Orders Now Travel Free!
We do not accept PO Box addresses because our shipping partners are unable to access them.
Commonly, the courier will require a signature upon delivery. However, if you anticipate that you might not be at home to receive the print(s) and there is a safe place to leave it, outside of the weather, please make notes in the comment section upon check out.
Through Our Lens offers shipping Internationally. For international orders we recommend ordering unframed prints as it is safer and much affordable for you to get a frame from a local Homeware shop or framing place.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind.
However, you are eligible for a refund or a replacement if the item:
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
- Is significantly different to sample photos or provided description.
Returning an Item

Shipping costs when returning an item are at buyer's expense and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount.
Estimated time of delivery of your exchanged product may vary depending on where you live. If you are shipping an item over $75, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance to go along with your service. There is no guarantee that we will receive your return item.
