We’ll continue to accept and process orders right up until 23 December 2025.
Key Dates:
- 18 December 2025: Last day for Christmas delivery orders
- 5 January 2026: Limited production and customer service resume
- 10 January 2026: Full production and customer service returns
During the Closure:
- Website remains open 24/7 for orders
- All orders placed after 22 December 2025 will be processed in January 2026
- Orders will be fulfilled in the sequence received when we return
- Customer service enquiries will be addressed upon our return
Our Christmas cut-off dates are based on our production time and the delivery timeframes provided by our partner couriers. While these are accurate to the best of our knowledge, we rely on third-party logistics providers and therefore cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.
