After our annual Christmas/New Year break, production and customer service are now resuming, and we are gradually catching up on fulfilment after the holiday closure.

23 December 2025 – 5 January 2026
What this means for your order:
- Our website remained open throughout the break, and orders continued to be received.
- All orders placed after 22 December 2025 are now being processed.
- Limited production and customer service resumed on 5 January 2026.
- Full production and customer service will return from 10 January 2026.
- Orders are being fulfilled in the order they were received, which means some delays may occur as we work through the holiday backlog.
